It will take forever to get your Badge
Be sure that when you set up your account, make sure you use an email account you check regularly and isn't a Google Workspace account, business account or anything other than a consumer account. It won't work at all. Unless you call them they won't reach out via phone just email if there is an issue with the picture. Somehow I sent a picture of my LLC cert and not the REP's photograph. They emailed me on my consumer email and since it went to spam I never received it.
With all that being said someone did reach out via email to the updated email and helped me get an ID at no additional charge!
