Good product but poor customer service

Pants are good but the customer service is terrible.

Realised a mistake I had made after placing my order and immediately used their contact form to get in touch to see if I could amend it. No reply at all.

They do however respond on Facebook (maybe you should advise getting in contact with you this way if you don’t reply any other way). Still, my experience wasn’t great with this as whoever I spoke to seemed argumentative and wouldn’t even acknowledge what I was saying to them.

It has also been 10 days since my order and I have not received anything, or had any emails to say my items have been dispatched.
