There was a delay in receiving the order of approx 3 weeks, with no communication from Bathroom Deco. There is no phone number, so you have to rely on emails and it takes them a few days to respond if you are lucky!! I eventually received my order this morning - a mirror - and found it was smashed to pieces inside. I have emailed them twice today, asking them to arrange a collection and full refund, as yet they haven't bothered to respond. Awful customer service!!

Although the office/admin staff were less than helpful, the 2 delivery guys were polite, helpful and did a great job!!

The driver was very helpful and loaded the large and heavy parcel into my shed. He had a very kind and positive attitude.

Customer service are always super helpful, delivery is always prompt and the CND Rescue RXX is the most amazing product which has transformed my nails in about 4 months. They were badly damaged from too much gel polish and wouldn't grow at all. They were peeling from the middle of the nail bed it was that bad. I now have long, strong nails but am continuing to use the Rescue RXX and Solar oil whenever I don't have normal nail polish on. I would add a photo but I can't figure out how to..

The driver didn’t bother to ring my door bell but just left the large heavy parcel outside my door. I had to call a neighbour to help me lift it into the house once I realised it was there

Absolutely brilliant job - They have completely renewed my saggy uncomfortable leather sofa. You would not know its been taken apart and re-stuffed!! The delivery/collection guys are amazing - direct employees of the company so they care about what they do - super helpful and really nice guys - highly recommend.

ITVX has to be the most unreliable TV app!! On my Samsung smart TV it constantly crashes and the only way I can get it working again is to reinstall it. (at least twice per day). It works better on my Fire TV stick in another room, but on my main TV, its abysmal!!

I had a small problem with an order I received and emailed detailing my problem, explaining that I couldn't be bothered returning the item, but asked if they would give a discount on the product. Within an hour I had received a response advising that the item would be replaced free of charge and no necessity to return the damaged one. A couple of hours later I received another email confirming shipment. What amazing service - all companies have problems from tie to time, we are all human after all. I judge a company on how they deal with these problems rather than the problem itself and I couldn't have asked for better service - far exceeded my expectations and i will definitely recommend and order again. I am just hoping the pillows are as good as your service! :)

I had a very heavy mattress delivered. I was given a time slot the evening before which they stuck to. The delivery guy was very helpful and took the mattress into the bedroom and positioned it where it would be easy for me to place once the packaging was removed.

Yodel provided a mobile number for the driver, who was very helpful and returned after not gaining access to my building initially.

Purchased an iPhone 6s in ‘good’ condition for a great price. It arrived promptly and is in great condition as far as in concerned. Very easy to deal with.
