Great support even though out of warranty
My products were out of warranty, and they still gave me really spectacular support.

They don’t stand by defective products. Offer to make you buy it again. Stay away
The pillows itself are good. But after one use the carry bag hook started to fray. They suggested I purchase another for 35$, when I already spent 200$.
Essentially if you buy, you better hope it all works out. Otherwise, good luck getting any support.
EDIT: After reaching out expressing frustration, they refunded me for the purchase of the new bag.
