I've been using the Kegal 8 for a few weeks now & tried a few of the different programs, but mainly, only managed to use it once a day rather than twice. I had stress & urge incontinence, which was dreadfully embarrassing when I had a bad cough & cold this winter. I needed pads & was thinking surgical operations or medication was necessary. I'd also had a hysterectomy & had a rectocele.
I'm thrilled to report, EVERYTHING is very much improved. I really can't quite believe it, in just a few weeks too! It's very easy to use & I've built up my resistance levels over time. Buy it, use it - you won't regret it. PS I'm also a nurse with an interest in Womens health & never realised just how effective it could be.
