Good insurance company although a little pricey, I have had insurance for years with them for my appliances, I had to use them twice once for my hob and once for a oven, firstly 5* for hob repair staff on the phone very pleasant and swift to organise a repair of my induction hob display, the engineer that attended ordered the part required and came back a few days later and installed it, very professional and knowledgeable, second was my oven repair, I can only give 3* for that as people on the phone failed to book a repair and waited for 2 weeks for someone to show only to discover someone messed up and didn't book it in correctly, then 3rd week comes and engineer was a no show! Called again to get a manageress who promptly wrote off the oven and organised a replacement, however this is where it goes wrong again, after selecting the replacement and waiting a week for it it didn't turn up, I called again to discover that the replacement was out of stock, a manageress again to the rescue and got a replacement ordered for the next day delivery, however again it didn't turn up, this time driver shortage 😡 not d&g at fault this time! This is why I gave 4/5 overall as they are good most of the time, all credit goes to the manageress for coming to the rescue or the stars would be much lower
