Great value for money

Great value for money, brought a mattress online delivery was late but rectified quickly by manager Dave, offered constructive feedback for delivery partners and possibly changing to partners that can deliver above the border to Scotland on time, very good customer service and the delay didn't detract from great value for money, will use again, and recommend my next mattress to family and friends, also recommend to anyone reading the review! Thank you guys

Been a customer for 25 years

Been a customer for 25 years, first time using there switch up service, got new phone sent old phone back, old phone gets returned to me! Phoned o2 to sort out the mess only to hit a brick wall, 8 weeks in 40+ emails 100+ phonecalls still unresolved and complaint ongoing language barrier mentioned in previous reviews not a issue from my own experience but won't follow through on what previous management have agreed to, new manager trying to fix this mess out and hopefully they will bring it to a end, o2 are generally good provider but customer service skills lacking, also o2 follow there policy over the law, again ombudsman will have to sort out, don't let my experience put you off o2 but be warned if things go wrong they go very wrong, as I said at this moment 7-11-24 it's ongoing but hopefully get it resolved soon

Great value energy provider!

Great value energy provider!
As a disabled person octopus energy customer service go above and beyond to help you when you need it! They are polite professional and care witch is lacking in so many companies today! I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to one agent who bent over backwards to assist me with a complaint her name is
Roxanne she got stuck in and the buck stoped with her! She got a new smart meter ordered and installed promptly and got a ihd (in home display) ordered and delivered fast, she sorted out the paylink issues and put my mind at ease imo Roxanne need a management position she really knows what's what and doesn't stop until the issue is resolved, further more she fully understands the needs of disabled customers other providers and staff take note on how Roxanne treats people and do the same the world would be a much better and nicer place. I hope octopus read this and give her the credit and recognition that she deserves!

Superb experience!

I poped into my local store (Arbroath) the staff were very polite and friendly, as I wanted something special to book for our 20th wedding anniversary, I let staff know my budget and what I would want out of the holiday, the staff gave me a few options and I went away home to look at them in more detail I went back down the following morning to book it, the process was easy and again staff were polite and helpful guided me through it all I got a great deal on a upgraded swim up room and extra legroom seating for both legs of the flight we are both looking forward to a relaxing week in Greece In may! thank you to all the staff keep up the great work!

Disappointed and disgruntled

I have been with thinkmoney since 2002 it use to be a great account managed by real people, now it's gone mainstream customer service can no longer tell the computer where to buget from, you are now on hold for 4+hours to speak with a human that basically can do nothing at all and tells you to deal with it on the app yet the app have no option for what I want or need to do, customer service as frustrated as the customer, no longer a managed bank account now just rubbish I have to pay 20+ pounds a month for, now started the switch process to go to cardonemone that's got think moneys old stile product where my bills and such will be looked after by a human doing monthly checks, if anyone else is wanting to go back to days of old then switch to cardonemoney there cheaper too

As you see from chris reply they have completely screwed up realised a unfinished app that will now take months to put right so until then the accounts are completely useless, the entire selling point of thinkmoney is they manage your money for you so you don't have to try to budget and such, for many it's fine to be mainstream but for some of us me included we went with think money to budget for us......

Utterly disgusting company!

Utterly disgusting company!
I have had a complaint ongoing with OVO now they tell me no complaint was logged! Well I have proof that I did log a complaint, there complaints escalation team are rude on the phone, there team are clueless and powerless to do anything, now they open a new complaint about my old complaint, no managers to speak to, no resolution offered no deadlock letter offered no apology offered, OVO think that company policy trumps law! Well I can tell you it doesn't, spoke with the ombudsman today and the ombudsman says this isn't isolated to OVO in regards to energy companies using there own policy instead of the law, now the ombudsman service will deal with OVO to sort out this mess that OVO created for themselves! Please don't use OVO ever they are terable to deal with!

Edit 1:- as you can see from Richard's reply, he clearly hasn't read the review and is replying using a generic reply telling me to log a complaint to complain about there complaints team and it will be handled by there dedicated complaints team....... This is why no one should ever use OVO

Edit 2:
The ombudsman service has had to step in as OVO don't want to listen to reason or sence avoid OVO they are money hungry policy following morons that follow there own policy and not the law, ombudsman service has also reported them to energy watchdog ofgem for this case and breaching outhers... You have been warned

Good insurance company although a…

Good insurance company although a little pricey, I have had insurance for years with them for my appliances, I had to use them twice once for my hob and once for a oven, firstly 5* for hob repair staff on the phone very pleasant and swift to organise a repair of my induction hob display, the engineer that attended ordered the part required and came back a few days later and installed it, very professional and knowledgeable, second was my oven repair, I can only give 3* for that as people on the phone failed to book a repair and waited for 2 weeks for someone to show only to discover someone messed up and didn't book it in correctly, then 3rd week comes and engineer was a no show! Called again to get a manageress who promptly wrote off the oven and organised a replacement, however this is where it goes wrong again, after selecting the replacement and waiting a week for it it didn't turn up, I called again to discover that the replacement was out of stock, a manageress again to the rescue and got a replacement ordered for the next day delivery, however again it didn't turn up, this time driver shortage 😡 not d&g at fault this time! This is why I gave 4/5 overall as they are good most of the time, all credit goes to the manageress for coming to the rescue or the stars would be much lower

Phone staff are polite and helpful

Phone staff are polite and helpful, I had to change my car due to the cost of living and petrol far too expensive to run, the lady was very accommodating and understanding without being condescending, and within the day I had the confermation that I was able to order a new car, they kept me informed of everything and every step of the way and any questions I had were promptly delt with even though I'm sure some of the questions seemed daft I wasn't made to feel silly for asking! The staff got a charge point installed for my new car and I could not be happier with the service they provided 5* from me

Ordered a new Kona all electric

Ordered a new Kona all electric, took over a year to get, the colour I wanted was not available, staff don't keep you informed of what's going on with your order regularly even though delays due to no fault of Arnold Clark, once the car was with them a long winded tour of the car given, then many phonecalls day after day to check up on you, even the branch manager called twice, I found the calls ott considering they couldn't be bothered to call once every 2 or 3 months after ordering to keep you updated! The company itself is reasonable in price however and the branch clean and tidy, the really big let down to the branch I ordered from is the call handler (reception staff) who was abrupt and disinterested almost rude but not quite if you get my drift, but this is only my experience with this one branch

After a long wait the greenhouse…

After a long wait the greenhouse arrived on a large lorry, the gent unloaded it at the pathment and left leaving me to try to move it all to my front harden less than 10 feet away! Ob building the greenhouse with supplied instructions was impossible, ended up finding YouTube videos for a different greenhouse brand to follow to build it! Door runners that came with the greenhouse were pointless cheap rubbish that lost all the ball bearings on install so had to buy replacements without exposed ball bearings at my own expense, glass was easy to install but windows didn't line up with the window frame, I had to bend the frame to shape to fit properly, but strong and sturdy once built

Received the robot emo after ordering in June the robot laster under a week, now left foot doesn't work left foot sensors broken and now doesn't charge spent $320 plus shipping for junk having to go through my bank to try to get money back as they don't reply to emails

Disgusting Company Keep Away

LCS called me today in regards to SSE debt that I apparently have, I got a refund from SSE when I moved provider, so no debt exists, the lady on the phone wanted to do "security" I refused, she then got very angry with me and yelled there will be more letters and calls if you refuse! I told her I have no business with sse or with them, I phoned the ombudsman and put a complaint in there and am complaining to the FCA! Do not ever go through security with any incoming callers always contact the original business not a 3rd party company, and go that way, as imo they could be phishing for your information to do god knows what with!

Utterly Disgusting Company! Inaccurate bills being overcharged by over £500 on first bill, incompetent staff who have no clue how to entre 3 readings into the system correctly, customer service staff who hardly speak English customer service staff who hang up on you deliberately, home moves complaints team took over the complaints, now have been desolved call centre staff from both India and South Africa don't have the ability to raise a complaint issue still ongoing!

I have 238.20 in my rewards account but this can not be used to actually buy a replacement appliance I picked a oven worth 220 but they still wanted 157 for it after using my 238.20, it generated a discount not happy and very misleading, don't bother with smartcare rewards

I would give -5 if I could

I would give -5 if I could, just spent 2 hours on the phone with a very condescending lady from faults department, this is a re accruing fault with the line, last time they replaced the entire line and socket (4months ago) now it's back internet dropping out every hour or so, I know alot about networks yet I'm treated like I'm child! Been with them for years to be treated like a jerk is not on, asked for a manager 9 times placed on hold for 45 mins and had my chain pulled, then the woman is complaining to her team as she didn't mute her mic when I'm ment to be on hold called all-sorts that's not able to be posted! fault still remains, now on hold to loyalty team for canceling utterly disgusting

CDA AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My oven is less than 4 months old needs a new seal for the door, had to try to call customer service got cut off 3 times once I know was deliberate as she forgot to mute her mic said oops giggled then I get a dead line! Phoned head office to be told that high winds could have cut me off yet was on the phone to there HO for 40 minutes! (There ho is the same building as there customer service) they wanted 99 pound for a callout to a oven that's less than 4 months old! Utter joke im off to trading standards first thing! CDA avoid at all costs
