Review of Mbit
Fiz uma encomenda online da Mbit de uma active pen Hp, pagando a caneta e os portes de envio. Quando a caneta chegou constatei que não funcionava, de todo. Fui à loja mais próxima da mbit onde me informaram que não era erro meu, a caneta não funcionava mesmo, mas que não dá para devolver na loja, apenas através do site.
Tratei da devolução, fui obrigada a pagar portes porque a única alternativa seria uma recolha dos CTT ao domicílio, que é impossível para quem trabalha.
Após receberem o artigo fui informada que iria receber uma nota de crédito para usar numa futura encomenda, ao que eu respondi que depois da experiencia não iria voltar a encomendar pela loja online e por isso exigia um reembolso do valor do artigo e dos portes iniciais que paguei para receber um artigo completamente inutilizável.
Depois disto tudo devolveram-me apenas o valor do artigo, ficando eu com 6,5€ de prejuízo que correspondem aos portes de envio e de devolução.
Portanto, o cliente é o único que fica com o prejuízo todo por receber um artigo NOVO avariado, o que devia ser total responsabilidade da mbit...
Actualizem a vossa política de devolução, porque assim só prejudicam o cliente.
NÃO RECOMENDO A LOJA ONLINE A NINGUÉM.

Love the design of the clothes and the materials, shipping is fast and I never had any problem with customer service! It's a bit pricey overall, but there's tons of sales throughout the year!
I remove one star only because the sizing charts aren't very accurate (First time, I ordered a medium according to my measurements on the size guide, but it was way too large for me. Now I know I'm always a small but it took the first mistake to find that out).
