Fake art

Fake art . A company auction house specialising in selling fake paintings. British modern and American art especially. False Provenance and they themselves are a part of the scam selling these items knowing they’re fake. Don’t be fooled !! This is a scam.

Take note ! Insurance joke

Take note !! I purchased a painting from them recently and had them organise shipping to the UK through FEDEX. The parcel was delivered somewhere but not to us even though it was meant to be signed for at my address only. FedEx delivery driver signed the form illegally with a false name and left it a a random address, Parcel is still missing. FedEx searched and gave up and then gave me a claim number to give to Heritage. They only need to claim on my behalf , their customer. They told me its a no claim scenario as it wasn't claimed within 72 hours !! It was two weeks of FedEx looking for it that held us all up. Heritage washed their hands of it even though all they need to do is claim from FedEx, They have refused and now , even though i insured it with them, they still wont compensate me. Heritage , this is no way to treat ANY client. Poor poor service and customer service assistants were pretty blunt. I wont buy from them again despite having done so on many occasions. The 100% loss sits with Heritage more than FedEx. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !

FedEx's investigation confirmed that the package was delivered to a neighboring address. We recommend reaching out to them directly to retrieve it or reporting to local authorities. Super results !! A grim grease stain on a fine material was the end of the garment or so I thought. They got it out without any trace. A perfectly rescued coat.

Poor overall service and experience

Hello
Confirmation of payment and order was as expected.
However no further contact regarding tracking or shipping was received.
After 10 days I called to find out item was not held in stock. Waited for a reply and update … nothing. Rang through on many occasions, either no reply or no further updates other than “we will call the suppliers” Again no further update to me supplied. I then rang again to cancel the order and oddly the order turned up whilst on the phone.
Overall poor customer service. Updates for online ordering should be streamlined and customer led. Yours are quite frankly pre-historic in their execution.
I can’t say I would recommend or order from you again unfortunately. This was a single item order for over £250, an item I use regularly, so a lot of future business lost!

A Great sale site

A Great sale site , sold mine in 24 hours !
I know the classified car advert was free so I don’t want to sound ungrateful, BUT: the Website adverts are a killer for me as a buyer. They are so prolific from all sides of the page it’s put me off looking which is a shame having just sold mine and wanting to buy something else. Happy to tolerate it a bit but as a regular it’s not good to have them shoved down your neck. Ease up on them ! Well done otherwise.

Highly recommended! I have used Currency Solutions now for around five years and I carry out transactions on a regularly, almost weekly basis. I cant fault them or the rates given.The online portal is bar far the easiest and most efficient system I have come across to date. Essential as a consistent user in or out of hours.

Very polite and engaging people to deal…

Very polite and engaging people to deal with and I cant fault the service. I would however say that having visited the the actual trading premises to buy some ski goods direct I would have liked to have received some discount when I asked for it , no postage, packing or messing about with courier's deserves at least a little something. No movement means I wont buy from them again... get smart not greedy !

I am really pleased to hear that the service provided by Antonio was so positive, but obviously sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the lack of discount. As an online retailer we pride ourselves on being highly competitive in terms of pricing. For example, the Oakley goggles you purchased were 20% off high street prices, and the Smith helmet was 15% below RRP. This does mean that margins are often incredibly tight, and whilst we try to be fair, further discounts are not necessarily possible – whether in store or online.
