Purchased very dainty stud earrings as a leaving present for a colleague. The studs were beautiful and excellent quality. Also purchased deluxe gift bag which looked the business, earrings came as standard with pretty box, pink suedette pouch and a chocolate!!!!! Absolutely worth every penny and a supremely positive experience for me.

Have just received my Citrine flat sheets and they are just fabulous. I was worried they'd be more on the mustard shade BUT they are exactly the right shade of yellow. Butter soft, can't wait to slip into bed with these beauties.

I have been the victim of a rogue trader that I got through check a trade. Have contacted police, trading standards and left a Google review yet check a trade have still not published my review of company and I doubt they will. Clearly check a trade is not reputable.

Ordered new shower head, it's brilliant. Great price too.

Ordered 2 pairs of BROWN ankle boots (in different sizes) from order to delivery was an average length of time. However when I opened BOTH boxes they were BLACK even though the boxes are clearly marked BROWN!!!!!! Tried to call them but gave up after 23 minutes on hold. I returned the larger of the 2 and as I needed them for a specific role I kept the ones that fit best. I have NEVER had this happen to me before. Quite miffed about this😢

Ordered dressing gown and as I was in no rush I paid for 2nd class postage. It only took 2 days to arrive and the dressing gown is superb. Beautifully soft and of luxurious quality. I am one very happy customer.

I don't like to leave negative comments however I feel I must in this instance. Very poorly packaged, Christmas wreath absolutely swamped in glitter. All other items in parcel including scarf now covered in glitter which will be almost impossible to get rid of. Also gold tinsel ordered and pink tinsel arrived. Wreath ordered not as website described!!!! Not a happy shopper.

Ordered nets for the whole flat (5 windows) and they are fantastic. Kitchen had to be customised and the workmanship is brilliant. Price, quality and delivery cannot be faulted. I will definitely buy from here again.

Ordered 2 pairs of sandals in size 5. Delivered quickly but too big for me. Ordered again in size 4 and returned the 5's. Again delivery was fast and return/refund no problem at all. Lovely sandals. No hesitation in using this company again.
