Dated and tired.

The airport feels worn and outdated, still relying on buses to transport passengers to the aircraft, even in 2025.

The shops and dining options are overpriced, and there's a noticeable lack of seating throughout the terminal, contributing to the overall tired atmosphere of the airport.

Additionally, the security staff were rude, particularly one individual with an American accent who shouted at customers. While I am accustomed to traveling globally, I recognise that for many, this is their first travel experience, and they may require extra assistance. His demeanor came off as self important and discourteous to venerable customers, shame on you watching from a distance.

Love Jet 2

The days of package holidays seemed to be behind us until Jet 2 breathed new life into the concept, making them our top choice for short haul travel.

Though the aircraft can feel a bit cramped and uncomfortable seats on flights longer than four hours, they are consistently clean and well maintained. One area for improvement would be for the crew to acknowledge that passengers often have difficulty hearing the pilot's announcements not crew or automated which is concerning from a safety perspective and a waste of time from the pilot .The issue was present on both our outbound and return flights. Other than that, we had no complaints, and we hope this feedback proves helpful

I received outstanding service and…

I received outstanding service and assistance from the Neyland branch during my first experience with them for a vehicle service, as I've
relied on Poole and Walton on Thames Audi in the past.

David Evans the service advisor was at Neyland Branch was fantastic at keeping me informed about any minor concerns discovered during the vehicle inspection on my A4 Avant and provided advice that was exceptional 11/10 for arranging everything and most of all outstanding communication.

Over 2 weeks for delivery for one radiator and no updates.

It’s not just about the product it’s the service also.

Your order was placed on 19/06 and delivered on 03/07, well within the quoted timeframe of 2-3 weeks. Due to a temporary warehouse move, our lead times were slightly extended, and this was clearly communicated via banners across our website, on the product pages, and in your order confirmation.

As for updates, courier notifications were sent via text and email when the order was booked, and again the day before delivery with a timeslot. We always aim to be transparent and keep customers informed, and we’re sorry if any of this was overlooked.
