This was a gift to some good friends. Delivery communication was very good and it was delivered bang on time. My friends were very impressed with the packaging and said the pasties and scones etc were "absolutely delicious" so I'm very pleased....just need to buy myself some now!!

The service from Radmore and Tucker was excellent. A very competitive online price along with very easy ordering through the website. I ordered it on the Thursday night and it arrived early Saturday morning by DPD (free delivery)....this was the bank holiday weekend so wasn't really expecting it till the following Tuesday!! The product itself is exactly as described and will be plenty powerful enough for my uses. I have plenty of other Stihl machines (petrol) and this is my first dip into the ‘battery powered’ water !…and probably wont be my last!!

Giving a review for an insurance company is only useful if you have had to make a claim and therefore tested their service. I've only just purchased this insurance and it was the most competitive price on all the comparison sites. Buying was a very easy process with good communication throughout !.... I hope I have no reason to contact Churchill in the next 12 months !!!

Excellent speed of delivery and also progress updates available to view on the website. Due to our lane being shut on the day of delivery the parcel was taken back to the depot...it was delivered at 8 am the next morning (a Saturday)....when I probably didn't expect to see it till the Monday.

Great products at a good price. I also got some products at 20% off.... and this, coupled with the extra 10% for signing up to the newsletter amounted to a very good deal. Also, free delivery when spending over 35 quid.......and it arrived the very next day.

I ordered 2 varieties of seed potatoes and some onion sets. There was an offer on so I got 2 for one on the seed potatoes that made them a good price. After the original order acknowledgement, it was 8 days before I got a mail to say that the goods were on their way...( I was just about to call them to find out what was happening!). The goods arrived approx 3 days later....so all in all delivery was 11 days after ordering which is quite a long time by today's standards! ....hence 4 stars instead of 5

I had been looking to purchase the Dewalt Tote bag (DeWalt DWST82990-1 TSTAK Carrying Bag) for a while and noticed it for sale on the CEF website for around £20 lower than anywhere else. I purchased online and chose to have it delivered to the local store as I was going to be out the next day. I collected on my way back home the following day and very pleased with the product and service from CEF.....In this world of constant irritation, don't you just love it when a plan comes together !!

Yodel delivered my parcel safely within the expected timeframe. It was a large canvas print so there's always a bit of a worry as it would be easy to damage if not handled with care so I was delighted when the parcel arrived completely unmarked proving due care had been taken. I could easily check the progress as the parcel travelled from Germany to the UK and it arrived at my door bang on the day and time given.
Based on this experience I would definitely recommend Yodel for parcel deliveries.

I needed a new phone and wanted one with a good spec but didn't want to pay premium phone prices so a refurbished phone fitted the bill. After trawling the internet, I decided to buy off The Big Phone Store and my decision was based on reviews, offering a 12 months guarantee, competitive prices, range of phones on offer and the confidence the website gave me...ie contact numbers and an actual shop address!
I decided on a Pixel 8 Pro and also decided to buy a 'Pristine' condition one as I figure there's much more chance of a phone being treated with the respect it deserves if it's been handled with care.
I ordered online on the Sunday and it duly arrived on the Tuesday with very good communications in-between. The phone really is 'pristine' and looks wise could be brand new...... I put a screen protector and a Spigen tough armour case straight on it to help keep it in the condition it's in now....and I literally saved hundreds of pounds by buying refurbished over new!
The phone works perfectly and with battery saver on, based on my usage, I'm getting well over 2 days from a charge.

24% discount on selected items which turned out to be everything we normally buy....and free delivery if spending over £35....seemed rude not to take advantage of this great offer especially as we don't have a reasonably local Grape Tree shop. This is about the fourth time we've purchased our Tassimo pods from Coffee Supplies Direct and on each occasion the purchase has been seamless. They are the cheapest seller for these items.... free delivery (you need to spend sixty quid!)....and delivery was within 2 days each time. Excellent company and would recommend to anyone

Having decided to dip my toe into the mirrorless market I trawled the internet and finally decided to buy my new camera (Canon R6 Mkii) from HDEW Camera's and my decision was based on 3 things......1. the excellent reviews on sites like Trustpilot, 2. the excellent reviews on the many photography forums and 3. the excellent prices compared to 'UK Stock' camera shops.
A very helpful guy in the office answered all the questions I had and the items I purchased arrived on a next day service. The goods came with a (third party) three year warranty which I have no issue with.... I use such companies for all my servicing needs and in my opinion the standard of work is as good as the actual manufacturer's work.
What a camera !!..I'm still out of my comfort zone with all the AF settings but once mastered, this will be a great upgrade from my 5D Mkiii.
To sum up, I've saved myself just over a grand by using HDEW over many (not all!) other sellers, I'm extremely happy with everything I've bought and more than happy with the service I've received from HDEW Cameras
I wholly recommend them and would not hesitate purchasing from there again in the future

I had 13 parcels to send out and they were all exactly the same item in each. I sent 9 with Fedex and these were delivered the very next day with no issues at all. Of the four parcels sent with Evri one got lost in the sorting hub for a week and when found it was somehow unpacked of it's bag and cardboard box...eventually it was sent back to me (in a different bag) where I had to pay (fedex this time!) to send a replacement. Evri tried to charge me an 'overweight charge' for another one of the parcels where they claimed it was nearly twice the weight I had declared...this was eventually sorted out when I sent them a photo of the addressed parcel on the weighing scales. The other two parcels out of the 4 sent with Evri were delivered with no issue
I thought I'd try Evri as they were cheaper than Fedex but based on this experience I wont be using them again....Fedex all the way !!
I must give a shout though to Supriya Aruketty from the Evri customer service who was excellent in helping me get my 'lost' parcel back in one piece...unfortunately too little too late!
