Great - removed old sofa without any problems.

Booked a flu jab under 65, via their online service. Invited to do so after signing up for their notification service. Took forever to book an appointment as website was bugged. But finally managed it after hours of trying. Received confirmation email prior to appointment, day before. Attended appointment 5 mins early as expressed in the email. To be told no Flu Vaccination is available, I should have received an email saying the appointment had been cancelled and appointment can not be booked until after 5th October 2020.

Two confirmation emails of the appointment, one at the time of booking. The second the day before. Ridiculous way to run a business and I understand now why my local branch is soon to close.

Just placed another order with them. Had no problems at all. Clothes are decent quality, fairly priced and I like their styling. They have some great offers and free gifts if you take advantage of the promotions.
