Just plain dishonest.

Totally worthless. A guaranteed waste of time.
I've tried to use this service twice, in desperate circumstances, and both times there were NO providers available--or even scheduled!--in my area. And yet despite being unable to provide services, MDlive gives me the "10 minutes or less" wait time screen. It is only when I have called, hours later, that I finally get someone to admit that nobody is available. Why make people wait for hours? Did my insurance get charged? Just a dishonest and scammy service-and especially deplorable given that this is a supposedly medical service.

Won't refund lost package

Placed an order. A few days later it becomes apparent it is lost in transit--the FedEx tracking lists the package as "delayed" now for over a week. At first Osprey customer service responds by sending me the tracking number again. When I try again a few days later I am told to wait for a FedEx investigation. No further word, no refund, no order.
Lesson learned--next time I will buy at REI. Never again Osprey and never again directly from a manufacturer.

Showed up on time for a scheduled…

Showed up on time for a scheduled exam--the office was closed! Door locked, lights off, no notice whatsoever, so I couldn't take the exam.
No refund given, no ability to reschedule.
PSI customer service agents claim not to understand the problem.

Long useless wait--no available doctors

I waited almost ninety minutes just to be told that I wouldn't see a doctor.
The agent who called me after the long wait tried to get me to make an appointment for some time in the future. When I declined she told me that there were no available doctors and a future appointment was my only option.
This was after a long sign up process.
I just gave this company all of my personal information and over two hours of my time for absolutely nothing.
I won't waste my time again with them.

Does not behave like a legitimate business

Placed online order for store pickup.
My card was immediately charged but I got no email confirmation of the order. Eventually I got a response from their customer service who claimed it was my fault. Three days later an email finally arrives with my order number. I go to the store a few hours later and am told that my order was cancelled and I would get a refund to my card shortly. Also told that they are not responsible for the online ordering system--"we don't do the emails."
I wait for a week. Finally I contact their customer service and am told that the order is ready for pickup and call the store if there are problems.
The store doesn't answer its phone. I have to drive down there again just to be told again that the order was cancelled and I have to call customer service for a refund.
Once again customer services says the order is ready for pickup.
Long story short, no refund and no items. I've never experienced this kind of open theft before from a big business.
I've started the fraud process with my bank; they tell me it is not the first time they have had a fraud claim for this company.
Next time I will check trustpilot BEFORE ordering from a new company.

So bad it is essentially a scam!

Missing crate, lots of waiting, and customer service is non-existent.
My three-month subscription, bought two months ago, has produced one crate, enormous amounts of spam, a very disappointed child, and lots of unanswered emails and hours on hold only to be cut off.
The ONLY response I have ever gotten from KiwiCo was one email three weeks ago that claimed my January box was on the way. Well it is February 1st and not a word.
My cc company won't refund my money since I did get one out of three crates.
Looks like I've been scammed. KiwiCo refuses to respond and I don't have hours to waste on this, especially after the loss of cash.
I'm angered and left feeling cheated, my money is stolen, and my kid disappointed.
Edit: Notice that somehow KiwiCo can't respond to customers they do monitor and reply to review sites. The excuse "our lines are busy" just means that they provide bad service to everyone.
Edit 2: Kiwico lied with their response--nobody ever tried to contact me and my name and public email address are the same that I used to do business with them. Have sent Trustpilot my receipts proving that I was their customer.
