Very disappointed - from a regular customer …
Have been using Cody Aromas for quite a while, their despatch sometimes can be slow. This time I placed an order & 10 days later still hasn't arrived, I appreciate things happen but this isn't my issue. Twice I have tried their chat to track down my order, it says they respond in minutes however they don't respond at all. Twice I have sent a on-line contact form to trace order, they say they respond in 24 hours, I'm still waiting more than 3 days later. Finally I have sent a message via Facebook messenger, still waiting the courtesy of a reply. My order status still remains as 'unfulfilled' so I am loosing hope I will receive my order & probably the £33 I have spent. Needless to say they have lost my faithful custom. I fully understand things go wrong or get missed, but it's how you put it right that's important, but if they ignore your communication how can they explain & put things right for their customers !
In this time I decided to order from another popular candle company and the order has arrived & their tarts burning away happily.
