item not delivered

sending a review request for an item that hasn't been delivered after a week is stupid

We’re really sorry for the experience you’ve had.

Your order was dispatched on a next-day service, unfortunately DHL confirmed to us this morning that the parcel was damaged at their depot. As soon as we became aware of a problem yesterday, we got back to you quickly, explained the situation and arranged a replacement straight away, along with a £10 gift card as an apology.

Review invitations are sent automatically once an order has been dispatched, and an issue like this is very rare, which is why you received the invite before delivery - our apologies.

The replacement has now been arranged and should reach you on Monday/Tuesday. Once your replacement arrives we’d be very grateful if you might consider revising your review.

Although the product looks ok the…

Although the product looks ok the inside baskets aren’t round to match the opening so it’s not a fit until you push it down completely to stop water passing through

It really doesn’t look the nicest at all

Nice product, not nice experience

Pop up code offering free delivery didn’t work and didn’t say that it was only for their basic delivery, premium didn’t get here when it should have and options to upgrade product by adding waste that matches the sink weren’t available

Little disappointed I have to say

Customer service team were great but I…

Customer service team were great but I ended up losing money on them sending me the wrong item?

Puts me off shopping in future which is a shame as their stuff is very nice

Hi Phil,

I've had a look into it and we refunded your returns handling fee back to you for this order. The £5 fee I think you're referring to is the initial shipping fee, however I have refunded this to you as well now by way of apology for our error.

Apologies for the incorrect item on your order, we're a manual packing warehouse so on the odd occasion an item can be picked wrongly, however we're always keen to get this remedied as soon as possible.

I got a pair of shoes and left a review about the insole being too short and glued to the trainer (Streakfly) and apparently my review reply said they had messaged - no message received so downgrading of review score to one star

Zero quality control or checking of the trainers as the insole in one is about 1cm shy of the end of the trainer

Unsure about legitimacy of product

One of the monitor boxes had been opened and reseated with a company sticker - delivery was missed however I did get that refunded.

Not sure if monitors are legit or factory seconds judging by the glue job on the bezel.

Quick service......... however

Package was delivered in under 24 hours from time of purchase

Great service in terms of speed but it was just left at my doorstep with no attempt made to ring the doorbell or chap the door - just lucky I had the cctv on at the time as it was dumped, picture taken and driver walked off

First draw I’ve won and as soon as the entry was confirmed the money was taken so it’s good that there were no delays, that was Saturday and I had my goods on Monday. Cannot fault that service at all

Shouldn’t be allowed

Very poor - driver stood at door with no mask, came in to take a picture as I couldn’t sign as social distance - it’s ok he doesn’t need to else at a mask as he’s in and out the wards at the local hospital - you absolute ignorant people- why are we self isolating and this is allowed

Not a good experience

I emailed after two hours using the contact form to cancel my order and after a week haven’t received a reply or the goods I’ve ordered but have received a notification of payment and a request to review on Trustpilot - would not use again
