Ordering via their website was easy and delivery was very quick. Product was excellent and I put a note on my order which they acknowledged and dealt with accordingly. I will certainly order from them again.

Parcel was delivered well within time schedule specified. However although it was only a small package I would have liked it if the deliverer had rung the bell or knocked at the door to alert me to the fact that it was outside instead of posting it through the letterbox as it had to be squashed to do so.

I emailed the Kudos technical department because I was having a build-up of water round the drainage area of my shower every time it was used. I received an email back in a couple of days from Genna who sent me a very detailed video on how to position the filter correctly in the drain. I am delighted to say that this has solved my drainage problem and it is now working perfectly. Thank you for the brilliant advice Genna.
