The Parkgate Rotherham store was faultless for the first three weeks after opening. We visited twice after our initial 5 visits that we had enjoyed to be met with rude service and well below par food. The chicken tenders when the store first opened were huge and crispy,very tasty,we were blown away. Unfortunately on subsequent visits they were less than half the size and inedible both times. They were rock hard (been under lights for hours) and the cajun spice must have had the lid fall off because it was ridiculously hot and all over everything in the bag. When I went to the counter to show staff I was eventually greeted with a blank stare and a shrug, no apology, no offer of fresh food or a refund. Never again. Shocked at the difference in food and service since store opening. Maybe this is a marketing ploy to lure folk in then when you have the footfall revert to sub standard food.
I ordered a box of beautiful flowers in neutral colours for my Mother's Birthday and when it arrived it looked nothing like the pictures. The florist that Interflora used was obviously taking liberties. There were 4 actual flowers and the rest was wilted greenery. When you pay £45 you expect better. After contacting Interflora and sending pictures they themselves were quite disgusted and offered a full refund. However, this being the second time the same thing has happened I cannot recommend them.

Absolute disgrace from entering to leaving. Staff were ignorant and rude. Overcharged me for my order and they wait until after you've ordered to tell you it's cash only, surprise, they have their own cash machine that charges £1.50. Short changed me by £3 pound after I refused a Scottish ten pound note from them with my change. The chicken and cheese quesadilla was average, fries were okay, the sweetcorn tasted and looked like it had been left out for a week. I highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere.
Trying to get through to the pharmacy in the Rotherham store for an emergency prescription and generic call says due to unprecedented times nobody in any department will take any calls!! Absolutely ridiculous and downright dangerous!
I have been on this site for ten years and I have never known it so bad. 5 months without even a share of one line. They have become extremely greedy and the return to player is none existent. It used to be the best site hands down now corporate greed has taken over. Look elsewhere as they really have changed for the worst!

Ordered a birthday bouquet for my mum over a week ago and it hasn't been delivered today. Rang customer service and they gave me a fake tracking number that doesn't exist so I rang back and when I gave them my name they immediately hung up! Selling a service they cannot provide and I wish I had read their online reviews because they are an appallingly fraudulent company. Please don't make the mistake I did and go elsewhere. Thank you lovely flora world for ruining my mothers birthday and leaving me out of pocket!!!!
Journey from Manchester to Cambridge, first leg to Birmingham interchange was very good. Second leg from there to Cambridge was appalling, both staff on board were extremely rude when boarding. I suffer from Chrohns and went to visit the lavatory and found it locked from the outside. I asked the drivers mate if he could unlock it for me and was rudely told to 'get a small coin and unlock it yourself!' He didn't even have the courtesy to look up from his phone whilst talking to me. Getting caught short on public services is embarrassing enough without having to go back to my seat and look in my bag for a small coin, which I didn't have just so I can visit the toilet !!

I’m sorry to hear of the disappointment and upset caused.
I would expect the toilet to be unlocked, you should not have had to unlock it your self. I have passed your feedback to the driver’s manager. Both drivers will be spoken to and refreshed on customer services.
We expect all our staff to behave in a friendly and helpful way. I too am disappointed we let you down.
I’m confident this will not happen again, and I can look forward to welcoming you on aboard again soon.
