The order said it would arrive within 10 working days and it arrived in 6 days, including weekends days, which I was happy about.

Reasonably priced

Reasonably priced, shuttled to and from the airport within 30 minutes of dropping off the car and calling on our return, friendly service so pleased overall.

Poor show

I ordered a voucher for bannatyne health suite and gym and missed reading a part of the conditions so attempted to use it at a venue it didn't cover. I understand that this was my fault but the next part is why I only give a 1star review.
The bannatyne I attempted to use the voucher at said to contact Groupon and ask them to contact this bannatyne health suite and gym and they would sort it out so that I could use the voucher there. I contacted Groupon and gave them details, communication took place between Groupon and bannatyne but I was eventually told that I wouldn't be able to use the voucher there. I then asked for a refund and said that although 14 days had passed, this was be due to me waiting for a response from both parties and myself. I was refused a refund because the 14 day refund limit had passed. If I would have known that I was going to be able to use the voucher I would have obviously asked for the refund sooner.
Poor communication and lack of understanding between all parties involved meant I lost my money and didn't receive the service I paid for.
Poor show.
