Delivery of the item from ordering was just over 24hrs - unbelievable. Followed the delivery via the app - good communication throughout and item arrived within the stated 1 hr slot. Driver was very helpful, polite and friendly. Thanks for a great experience 👏😀

Long waiting time yet again in the restaurant 20 mins to get served with cake and coffee. 3 couples left the queue in disgust. Spoke with a young lady in queue next to me who stated she had worked in the restaurant 20 years ago and she said it was never like this and they used the 2 counters not just the one. Needs a good re-organization because current set up doesn't work. Have emailed the store manager on several occassions in the past - but nothing ever changes !!

Ease of ordering, good communication, reminders to order medication and most times fast delivery

Fast delivery, only negative would be that if you order multiple items, they all come in 1 box, unless you pay for individual boxes. They are only £1 each, but it's just another cost , if you're buying items for a gifts, then I think the relevant box shoud be provided.

Great communication, opted for collecting at store took about 1 week from order to arriving at store. Also did a return at store which was very easy. Able to try items on in store and return there and then if not suitable, all in all a good experience 👍

Found this site by accident when looking for coffee syrups. Fast delivery (I collected from a locsl store - delivery cheaper this way) with easy collection, good communication throughout by supplier and delivery agent .Ordered the Monin syrups as they were a good price compared to high street stores. Litre bottles were plastic (which does make them seem a little inferior but aimed at catering/coffee bars premises I presume) and 70cl bottle was glass. All in all really pleased with purchase, delivery and communication. Would definately use again

What fabulous customer service!!! A big thank you to Harriett who sorted my issue out within a few minutes of receiving the photos, and advised a new jug was on it's way to me. You can certainly buy Brita with confidence knowing that their warranty is good - make sure you register your product after purchase to gain an additional 12 month warranty. I've had Brita water jugs over the years and never had any problem, this was the first time. Thanks Brita 👍👍👍

Delivered on time, good communication regarding order/delivery also with customer service team. Had a slight issue with part of order, but dealt with same day and new one sent out by courier and received within days. Great value as well ! 👍
