Unfortunately there are a lot of sad idiots who message and ask if an item is still available and you never hear back .and a lot of scammers who say they will transfer money even without seeing the item which obviously nobody would agree to . I have bought some good bargains on Gumtree but I am not a time waster .......

I sent photos of my front seats and asked if they could provide a full size r/r bed in the same material.
2 weeks later I have just collected the perfect match .
A big thank you to the whole team and I appreciate that I turned up early and they fitted it for me before my allocated time.

Poor service
Only leaving 1 star as it won't allow none.
Booked a mini cruise in January to go to chanel islands next year. Have just been told that they are no longer going there so we have to go to bruges!!!!
As we have no interest in going there we lose our money .
Absolutely disgusting service as they have changed itinerary only offered to let us re book a different trip .
Will NEVER use hayes again .
