James from penzance i know who you are as you have been delivering in penzance for years. I had this exact same problem myself several years ago before i complained about you several times. Someone who you have delivered to before in newlyn missed a delivery from you today. You have caused this person unnecessary stress. Why...because you were too lazy and took the photo at the bottom end of their street when THEY HAVE A PICTURE OF THEIR ADDRESS ON THE APP FOR YOU IF YOU USE YOUR EYES. I have every screenshot to prove this. This is disgusting service james, who works for the roche depot. They have their safe places on the app and a photo of their address. How can you miss that? Seriously sort it out because this is disgusting customer service. And i wont be afraid to make a worse complaint next time. And using youtube to publicly shame this behaviour. Thank you and good day.
