Awful!!!!
Such an awful company..Don't return any calls, you have to do all the chasing. I had something on my claim I hadn't even said , I rang to question this but was told they would get back to me. Next minute my claim is closed!! Their portal is shocking!! Didn't really help me much with my case at all!! Wish I'd looked around as I'm sure there is much better around !!

Great Product , Fast delivery
I have read a lot about the geek products. Especially the collagen powder. . I have purchased 2 packs. It's only been almost 2 weeks since I've been using it and I can see a slight improvement in my skin. I'm sure with continual us i will see a bigger improvement. I add it to my morning coffee and it doesnt affect the taste. The delivery was really fast and I'm pleased with my purchase. Also well priced compared to other companies.

Very Poor Service
I paid £3.99 for delivery and said speedy dispatch. It was a present for my mums 80th..Just over 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my order. Very disappointed with this service. Called up to ask where my order was as no tracking received. Customer service said they'd email.and let me know. Had to call again as I heard nothing!! Apparently my order will be dispatched in the next couple of days! What a joke. I definitely won't be using or recommending this company !!

444 Best smell ever..…
Had 444 as a gift.from my mum and it's gorgeous such a lovely smell. I've had lots of compliments on it. Decided to try some more had the Black Opium which is lovely and Creed 200 for men which is also so nice my partner loves it. Flower Bomb however was a let down, I really don't think it smell.nice at all disappointed with that choice. Will stick to the others in future. Very fast delivery and great prices. Thankyou.

Deceiving Offers on Website
I purchased some lovely foundation quite pricey but I loved the product.
Went to browse on the website today and I was so happy to see they had amazing offers on the foundations. Only to click on
an find out of 24 shades only 1 the offer was for!! Why put the price drop on the main picture??!! Very deceiving and disappointing. Obviously on a shade you hardly sell. I did want to add the picture of the advertising page but nowhere to add it on here!

Absolutely shocking service. When order was placed said 20 mins delivery 2 hours later still no food! Rang KFC they said the food was there but no sign of deliveroo. What a complete joke of a company..on a Wednesday night too. Wont be using them again!!!

I ordered 2 packets of tweezers sets as gifts for easter. When they arrived 1 was missing out of one pack. You can clearly see this so I dont understand how it got sent out.
I rang to complain as I wated these for easter and the lady I spoke to wasnt at all helpful basically said these things happen we will send a replacement but it wont arrive for easter! I
