I have been a customer of booking.com…
I have been a customer of booking.com for years.
This Spring they dropped me from Genius Level 3 to Level 1.
Customer service has been of no help at all.
I guess it's time to move on to booking's competition.

I have just returned from three weeks in Vietnam and I used 12GoAsia a number of times for minivan transportation between different cities.
It's been a mixed experience. Some of the transport contractors have provided acceptable service but others have not.
The 12GoAsia website lists pickup and dropoff sites that do not always correspond in reality with the service provided.
For example, one trip I booked for transport from DaLat to Nha Trang indicated that the dropoff site was close to the beach.
In fact, the driver just stopped outside some shop on the western side of the city. I was forced then to spend more money on a Grab ride to get to my hotel, which was located very close to the dropoff site as indicated on the 12GoAsia website. The contractor was called Go365.
In another instance I was supposed to be dropped off at a site close to my hotel next to the DaNang Airport, a dropoff site clearly marked on the 12GoAsia website. The driver refused to go there and dropped me off beach side probably because he was in a rush to return to Hue. Again, I had to use Grab to get to my proper destination. The contractor in this case is April Adventure and their driver was quite rude about the whole thing.
So, in conclusion you will need to be flexible when dealing with these situations. It's wrong but it's the reality in Vietnam that the service isn't always what it should be.

I have been attempting for one and a half months (closing in on two months) to obtain a copy of my 1099-Int. form for 2022. Repeated calls to customer service always elicit the same response: "it's in the mail".
In this day and age it is mind-boggling that it should be so difficult and require so much time just to obtain a simple piece of paper.
And it begs the question: what is wrong with this company?
Review of Cathay Pacific Airways
I cannot check in online because the company app website is telling me that I haven't completed all of the required information for travel documents, but I have filled out everything properly.
So, now I have to check in at the airport in person. Ridiculous and unnecessary.
Review of Motorola
I chatted with Motorola's chat to find out why my new Motorola phone is taking so long to fully boot when powering it on in the morning (it takes over a minute to become operational)
Camille's reply was that this is normal.
That is a ridiculous non-answer. I have never had a cellphone take so long to fully boot. Camille was not helpful at all; in fact, she was rather curt.

I live in North America. 12GoAsia billed one of my reservations for travel in Asia in Euros, thus I incurred a currency conversion charge from the credit issuer.
So, I would advise customers to be mindful of this if they don't live in the Euro zone.
Review of 12goasia
I have entered all required information to pay for a reservation and this silly app has been stuck on "Loading Please Wait" for thirty minutes, so far, and counting.
Pathetic operation.
Review of Swanson Vitamins
I received an order on 12/28 of two bottles of probiotics (250 count each for 500 total). The dosage is two per day for an adult. The expiration date on the bottles is May of 2019. The math on that doesn't pencil out. A portion of the purchase would have gone bad. Anyway, I contacted customer service and have been told the purchase will be refunded and will follow up on that. Lesson here is always (no exceptions) check the dates when you receive product to ensure you will have time to use the product appropriately.
