Terrible experience in store

Terrible experience in store. Lots of products but few staff to help. I bought a tablet and was walking out of the store only to someone to demand to see my receipt. It was a good thing I had asked for a paper receipt! I bought the tablet there even though it cost a little more than Amazon because of convenience and customer service. I won’t be making the same mistake again.

Better deals for new customers only!

ID Mobile don't give the same deals to existing customers that they do to new customers. You have to phone and threaten to switch to another provider to get a good deal.

More Co-operative Bank Incompetence

My account is overdrawn due to the balance being transferred out so the account can be closed & then another payment came out after that so my account is now overdrawn.When I sent money to cover this the Co-op just sends it back so my account remains overdrawn without an overdraft limit. I spoke to the Co-op & they told me to speak to the other bank. When I speak to the other bank they tell me to speak to the Co-op!

Terrible app

Was logged off mobile app “due to security issues. Tried to log on again but unable to despite being able to using the same details when I logged on using my tablet. Couldn’t reset online and was on the phone for over 50 minutes ! Also apparently my first name is invalid! Don’t these people know proper English!

Useless company

Useless company. Only way to actually speak to somebody it seems is to threaten to cancel your contract. Advisors are difficult to understand and don’t seem to listen very carefully. Advised to call a +44 number for voicemail when this only has to be used when calling from outside the U.K.!
