IF I COULD GIVE 100 STARS I WOULD!!! W O W !!! I placed my order at 12 midday yesterday and within 24 hrs my parcel is with me. I am in Dublin Ireland. Crazy super fast delivery. The Dress is STUNNING! Purchased for a wedding I am going to next weekend. Extremely true to size. The quality is insane. Really thick heavy ruched material. Exactly like the Horgeous Courure Dresses but at a fraction of the price. Oh it is just FAB! I feel a million dollars in this dress. So excited for this wedding now as I have the most stunning blush pink ruched midi dress to wear. Curve Size 16 UK. First time shopping with Club L London and it has been the most pleasant experience ever. Will 100% be shopping with this company again. I have my eye on at least 4 other dresses from the website. I will be placing another order ASAP 💖

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! SCAMMERS!!! FRAUD!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE !!! FRAUD / SCAMMERS!!! LOOK FANTASTIC WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOUR GOODS!
Hundreds/Thousands of Irish and UK customers are waiting months and months for orders. Look Fantastic are not providing refunds. I myself am waiting a month plus ... hundreds of people are waiting on parcels since Last year 2020. Just go on their Instagram posts and read the comments ... people are so traumatised and upset. They are stealing peoples hard earned money within 2 seconds and not sending orders/parcels. You call Hermes and An Post who are LF’s “courier” companies and you find out that the tracking number that LF have provided to you is made up and does not exist! The struggle I am having this last week trying to talk to someone to get my money back! They don’t reply to emails and they have robots on social media responding to you with copy and paste generic answers. STEALING INNOCENT PEOPLES MONEY!

DO NOT SHOP WITH HOUSE OF FRASER

DO NOT SHOP WITH HOF!!!!

Wish I could give ZERO stars.

I placed an order with HOF on the 22/12 and after A LOT of energy, time and back and forth these last couple of days with one of their “agents” on FB (as all of my emails to CS were ignored) who was the most unhelpful, unfriendly, blunt, atrocious customer service agent you could find NICKY, I was told today that FINALLY my order was being shipped out to me. Now I receive an email saying no in fact it is not being shipped out to me ... it is being cancelled. I was told there was delays because of a picking machine broke down in their warehouse. Asked some easy enough questions and this FB agent NICKY would not give me a straight answer. Would not provide rough timeframe to when my item would be shipped. I said then maybe I need to cancel. Told oh actually no you can’t cancel now as item is going to be shipped today or tomorrow. Then email from HOF late last night saying item has been cancelled. Have not sent confirmation of refund through. I contacted the FB agent NICKY last night asking why my order had been cancelled when she had told me that it as being shipped today or tomorrow and I get a smug message back “ Because you requested that it be cancelled so I contacted the warehouse and asked them to cancel before they dispatched it. Nicky” Like obviously I wanted the item and if it was being shipped out ASAP than that was fine. This agent NICKY contacting the warehouse to cancel it after telling me it was being shipped ASAP is disgusting and spiteful and not how a customer service agent should act.

Daily I am receiving emails from HOF updating me on offers and sales that are on. Encouraging me to not miss out and get on their website to purchase items from them. Why is HOF encouraging people to shop on their website when there is this huge backlog of orders and disruption happening? Surely they should be communicating via email, HOF main page on website and on all social media platforms that there is major delays and you could be waiting a month + to receive your order.

You just need to head to Trustpilot to see the frustration and upset HOF are causing hundreds/thousands of customers.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! FIND YOUR ITEM ON ANOTHER WEBSITE AND BUY IT THERE!

First and LAST TIME time purchasing from Clubhouse…

First time purchasing from Clubhouse golf and it will be my last. Placed a Christmas present order with them 5 weeks ago and still have not received item. Going to have a disappointed husband on Christmas morning now as part of his gift missing. They are in the UK and I am in Ireland so cannot get my head around 5 weeks to receive an item. Do not respond to emails.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PERSONALISED GOLF BALLS ! When I go onto DPD tracking it says my package cannot be retrieved.

Can someone respond to my email please! Call me! Email me back ???

Unpleasant first time experience

Paid 4.99 for express two day delivery to Ireland on Monday 17th of Dec and still haven’t received my parcel. Rang DHL and they advised it’s because I didn’t enter an eircode ... your website does not provide an eircode option when typing in an address and this comment from DHL is ridiculous as eircodes weren’t even invented 3-4 years ago so how did DHL run a business before eircodes were invented ?
I now have to organize a lift as I don’t drive to the DHL warehouse which is 25 mins away from where I live to pick up my parcel and I’ve been told it won’t be able to collect it until the 27th of Dec.
I wanted these trousers for my Christmas party on Friday dec 21st hence why I paid for express two day delivery to Ireland.
Really upset.
I didn’t get two day express delivery to Ireland so I expect to be refunded for this.

First time buyer from your website and it’s been a horrible experience so far to be honest.
