As such a nice app, some improvements can be made

As such a nice app. Would be great to have better insight on the performance of the assets. There is a percentage, but not very clear for which period it is and such. Also Performance per asset would be nice. Trading as such works great!

Customer Service was responsive

Customer Service was responsive and helpful. Goodwill could be better, if a product breaks after 1 year of useage, but purchased like 2cyears ago and therefore is out of guarantee period, well then you would expect they will provide the spare part for free, als o because it was a known issue! A product like this smart toilet is expected to work longer than one year, so by law( in NL at least) you should have been helped free of charge. But well CS as such was fine.

Opzich prima hoor, hoge shipping kosten

Opzich prima hoor, communicatie en alles. Enkel vond ik de shipping costs vrij hoog. Maar ik snap wel waarom, als je tafel helemaal ergens uit Frankrijk moet komen.

Pakje over poort gegooid.

Pakje over poort gegooid en op briefje gezet ook nog, heel slecht leesbaar! Via Ring lk kon ik nog net Hallo zeggen, maar met een soort beweging liep hij weer weg...raar. leg het gewoon achter de container. Maar gooi het niet over de poort!

Levering an sich prima, goederen waardeloos.

Levering an sich prima. De goederen echter waardeloos. Ze passen waarschijnlijk alleen op kleine kranen. In ieder geval in had er al een gat in toen ik wilde proberen of het ding over mijn kraan zou passen. Slechtste koop van dit jaar.
