We experienced a power outage which was a major fault for Power Networks to repair. We are in total praise for their professionalism in informing us ongoing with progress and installing generators to keep us with power during the four days it took to repair. All personnel who I was in contact with were pleasant, helpful, professional and friendly. I cannot fault a thing during this time which could well have been a nightmare situation. A massive 'thank you' to all concerned.
