Recent deliveries via Evri have been on time with good communication re timings etc. It's good to be able to track parcels with no disappointments. I believe there has been an improvement from this company. I sincerely hope it continues because reliable deliveries are essential. Thank you. P

Received on time and communication regarding time and date was good. However, I had no option to chose my "safe place", therefore was left in front yard behind wall. Also, no option to change "leaving with neighbour" to please DON'T LEAVE with ANY
neighbour.

Review of totes ISOTONER
Choose these Totes booties because I liked the shape and wanted something warm and cozy.
They are warm and cozy. I couldn't give them 5stars however because one them has appeared to be out of shape and doesn't fit my foot very well. I discovered that the foot part had been sewn in puckered and was pulling the foot pad out of shape. I will persevere with them for the coziness and warmth, but am slightly disappointed.
I would like to believe that this was just unfortunate and would not be the case with them all.

All fine. Very happy with the blind. As described. Delivered on arranged day. However, I would prefer more options if "I am not at home" ie a facility to indicate a "safe place", as the only option given was "would leave with neighbour". I personally would NOT wish my items to be left with neighbour.
