A very efficient installation.
Liam the engineer was very courteous and extremely helpful. The installation was completed very efficiently with only a brief disruption while the mains electric was switched off. Liam had explained how long this would be switched off and roughly how long after his arrival it would happen.

Still not going to the event!!
Tried to book 2 tickets for City Hall, Newcastle. Need to book stalls as my wife has mobility issues. Available seats were SINGLES or in threes. System won't let me leave a single seat!!! Well, quite a few other people seem to have managed to do it. Tried to email them via their contact form but "the system" won't forward my enquiry because I don't have an order number - how ironic (and extremely arrogant) that they won't let me place an order and that refusal prevents me contacting them about placing an order. It is noticeable and very fitting that they do not call their Help department "Customer Service". I have yet to see a FAQs that covers every scenario but obviously Ticketmaster, in their arrogance, think they have cracked it - they haven't.
UPDATE - I have read the Ticketmaster response but the fact still remains that we won't be able to attend the event. Might I suggest that the rigidity of the single seat rule be relaxed once an event reaches a certain percentage of tickets sold e.g. 90%. As it stands the risk of having a single seat left unsold increases to having a set of three seats unsold. I am sure Ticketmaster will have statistics that show the most common number of seats booked together and my guess is that two will be high on that list.

Hi. You can find more information on this here - https://help.ticketmaster.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/360006541253-Why-can-t-I-leave-a-single-seat- - this is part of the agreement we have with the venue and event organisers and we sell the tickets on their behalf.
I appreciate that it looks like some single seats have already been left, but it's possible that this has happened when several bookings were all being made at once for the same block/row - when that happens, our system sometimes can't update in time to stop the orders from going through. It's not an ideal situation, but single seats can sometimes slip through the net. However we are unable to purposely leave a single seat.
You are able to get in touch via our contact form without having an order. In the box that asks you what your order number looks like, just choose the "I don't have an order" option. Thanks!
