Very pleased! I was using another (membership) service for oral Minoxidil (hair loss) and when I needed a refill it took them forever to respond to my request, even after weeks of attempts. I quit them and switched to Oxford Online Pharmacy and it’s been great! Super easy to place an order and the next day shipping is fantastic. Highly recommend!

No real compliments. We used Netflight for a cheap return flight from London to NYC. The only caveat is that we wanted to extend our trip, but changing the flight required emailing the agent (we heard back in 48 hrs) or calling, but the number is a UK number and we would have been charged significantly calling from the USA. They did respond via email but it’s uneasy waiting for flight changes and confirmations with emails and email delays.

I needed to sign up and share my report to obtain a mortgage. The interface is very easy to use and shares pertinent information about your credit and ways to better or build. I would recommend for anybody that needs to develop better credit or is unfamiliar with how it works.

I've just canceled my Minoxidil subscription after a year. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Chat times exceed over 100 minutes; waited on the phone for over 20 minutes before hanging up. I have tried to have a "top-up" on my Minoxidil prescription for over a week. I've messaged with clinicians, and then they don't respond. I finally emailed them (again) on Thursday (5/8) with a deadline to resolve my outstanding request by Friday (5/9). Didn't happen so I canceled my subscription and found another provider. (Even when they tried to incentive me to stay with 50% off my next order.) This is shameful when dealing with health care and medications. Do better!

Edit: In response to Manual's reply, they do offer the opportunity to amend orders and bring the date forward or order a "top-up". BUT, it needs approval. Alas, which was impossible to obtain and after several attempts (and weeks), I switched providers.

I had a wonderful exprience with Rains. I had the front zipper of a Backpack break and I emailed Rains for a potential replacement. It was still under warranty. They took awhile to respond to my email, but it was totally fine. I wasn't in any rush and Ida was really lovely to deal with. I provided my contact details and a week later they sent me a new Bookbag, overnight international delivery. So impressed!

We bought a garden parasol and daals recommended a base for it on the parasol page, so we bought that too. We paid for Next Day Delivery and everything came on time and was very nice. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that they have no free returns. The base (that their website suggested) was way too big! Also, since it weighs 20kg, I can't package and drop it off; I now have to wait an entire day at home for a pick-up service. I admit I overlooked this, but I will be very hesitant purchasing here again. In other words, make sure you are certain on your item! The parasol is lovely. :)

We use Cettire all the time and never have a problem. The returning costs money, but not a huge deal. I emailed about an inquiry and they responded within 48 hours. I rate this company! Great prices! Good company!

Best purchase ever! We bought a small bio ethanol fireplace for our flat and we couldn’t be happier. Heats our room and looks chic. The delivery was super fast and I think the price was fantastic. Will recommend to all my friends.

My partner and I had travel plans in two weeks and booked on Ryanair as they service the specific airport. My partner fell off an ebike and broke his ankle. He is in a cast, we are unable to fly, and he has surgery the day before we were meant to leave. I filed a claim for a refund and we were DENIED. Haha wow! Luckily we never use Ryanair unless in the most extreme situations, but this is a real low for any company! How embarassing!

I thought the company was great. My shirt was delivered quickly (to the UK) and was a great price. I emailed Customer Service about returning the item and they responded in less than 24 hours. Annoyingly, they deduct 20GBP for a return (or offer store credit with no fee), so if I order from them again I will be sure the item is the correct size. Received refund after 8 business days.
