Outrageous practice: charging for switching off a light!

I've just had my Dacia Logan serviced and Motd at a garage local to me. I'd used Dacia dealers since I bought the car 3 years ago. However I moved house and didn't want a 40 mile round trip. The local garage found it couldn't turn off the service warning light. On contacting Dacia they said they could do it but it would cost me £35 for the privilege. This is clearly outrageous. Older Dacia cars don't have this problem. The company is stopping consumers from exercising choice when it comes to servicing. They said my local garage could download the software but refused to say how much this would cost

I ordered over £3000 worth of…

I ordered over £3000 worth of furniture, chose a delivery and assembly date and 5 days before, received an email saying all my items were going to be late. Disaster for me, moving in date can't be changed.
Just not good enough. Nothing said at time of ordering

Not a good enough response time wise

Once the technician found me he quickly changed the wheel for the spare. He was courteous and speedy. However I waited 3 hours having been given a 1 hr estimate. I received no updates unless I rang them. It was extremely cold, dark and I was on a very isolated country road. I am 70. I don't think this service was good enough

Paid for next day delivery

Paid for next day delivery. The recipient stayed in specifically but there was no attempt at delivery. Parcel delivered 8 days later after significant time spent on line trying to find it. Next day delivery costs refunded but no understanding of how stressful it was to have an expensive gift go missing
