As you havent provided any order details I am assuming the issue is regarding the subject raised in your correspondence.
The tubs you bought are clearly advertised on Ebay as NOT having steel handles in both the image and in the description.
Despite you not reading the description or looking at the image of the tub you opened a return request with Ebay saying we are at fault for the issue and demanding a return is provided at our expense.
Regardless of the above we have accepted the return request which I believe is more than fair.
We work hard to provide great professional quality products as competitively as possible whilst providing the best service we can and have Thousands of customers who leave Five star reviews every year to testify to this.
We will process your refund once the tubs have arrived back in the same condition in which they left.
