Incredibly I just received a review request from UK Dapper, a company that took my money and didn't bother to send me the item I paid for, or indeed anything at all, not even a single reply to any of the many emails I sent trying to get my purchase or my money back. Given Ive been blatantly scammed by UK Dapper, I already posted a one star review (if only it could be lower) on my own initiative. Courtesy of this unbelievably dishonest and arrogant company, here's another one.

Lighter Life does work. Its not magical but with will power its effective. I lost 2 stones on it after lockdown and maintained the loss reasonably effortlessly, using LL packs which I bought regularly. But somethings happened. It was never a cheap option but maybe LL have become too greedy. Because the cost of packs has gone up so much that using them regularly for maintenance is no longer practical, unless you're very well off. It's a real shame.

WATG really do offer exceptional customer service -- patient, engaged and interested. In my case I was trying to access a product which had sold out in the quantities in which I need it, though that wasn't immediately evident on the website in the ferment of a sale event. Rachel did everything she could to help, and never lost patience or failed to answer. Really excellent, old school level of customer service.

Fast, efficient, friendly and polite.
