Complete scam

Complete scam
Had to cancel my debit card cause they continued charging me non stop payment after payment on seconds . They force you give a review before even using it. Even Barclays cancelled this themselves first as came flagged up as fraud. Then I cancelled the card god knows what they were trying to accomplish. Was worried about someone no answering and was thinking the worse, car accident etc etc , so I though I’ll pay this cheap price for one search, not only I got charged countless times they then force you into a £39 subscription after . Didn’t even get into that has Barclays detected this as fraud but still a few small payments went through till they blocked it. This shouldn’t be allowed and do not use it , for your own sake

Goodbye
After years on selling on eBay , sales started declining massively , plus health condition prevented me to continue hunting for stock had to let go of my business. I did have a private account on which I sold around 20 things , I always kept this separated they forced me to change this to a business seller, saying I’m a business which I no longer am , I was a while back. But trust me I haven’t been one cause I simply can’t anymore. So if I had to upgrade my private account to a business one I would rather sell on an account that with +2000 good feedback decided to have ago , even with only very few bits to sell. Paid fees to insert sold nothing , decided to try vinted yesterday sold immediately. So yeah goodbye eBay . Making a private seller selling their own stuff as business when they clearly no longer a business was the last straw. As a buyer I loath searching for things on eBay this days. Getting bombarded with offers of things that I’m not interested only cause I clicked the listings?? A bit desperate move no?! I have disabled notifications on this a still get them! I will be no longer using eBay as a seller or a buyer .

Concept is good but unfortunately I will be better off with a free junior bank account for free for my son, tired of paying fees for each transfer and tired of being charged every month. In the end all stacks up, just waiting to open a bank account and then cancelling this.

Nope just no

Nope, just nope, been using for months but now a lot of offers are not being credited or even appeared as level not done. A while back I submitted a ticket , regarding a missed offer, never heard back , - this was my first one they didn’t even bother replying after another two offers from another game were not credited, now just finished another two levels that have offers again nothing.. meanwhile another platform that pays for playing games is paying everything . I would recommend not using free cash , and use other apps as free cash keep the offers from themselves .

Edit: upon posting this this was flagged up as a possible not a genuine review. Yes is genuine do you want screenshots of missed offer and then getting the offer for the next level? How is this even possible , as you can imagine I’ve stopped playing any game from your platform, cause was not even tracking my daily logins and play time

Great delivery service

I don’t buy much from Argos , but when I do everything is perfect. The fact I can choose my delivery slot is a big plus for my hectic schedule. I had to buy a condenser dryer, the delivery service was so pleasant to deal with it, cheerful, polite and respectful. Thank you!

There was an issue this time

I adore Joe Browns Clothes, my parcel arrived today and thrilled with it. Having bought Joe Browns for a long time I take extra care with their clothes, so they don’t lose colour and buttons. They can be quite delicate. They can’t go on the normal daily wash…I normally give Joe Browns 5 stars, but this time I can’t . The behaviour of customer service agent was a bit of let down . My parcel was stuck in transit. I was the one who had to chase down Evri constantly to get it delivered. He tried to lecture me how Evri worked, and parcel was going to de delivered that day. It wasn’t , or the next day. Little he knew that my husband used to work for Evri and I know very well how it works and I’m also an online seller who doesn’t use Evri and wouldn’t use them for free. I was polite with this agent but all I wanted was to put the phone down. He actually told me to be quiet so he could speak and wouldn’t chase Evri. I was the one who kept filling tickets with Evri. This agent refused to listen what I had to say. As I said before Iam also an online seller I never treated my customers like that and is not customer fault that the retailer chooses an appalling service. And who needs to be chasing the courier is the retailer as they are the ones who have a contract with them not the customers.Please add more options for delivery, such as Royal Mail, I don’t mind paying more for their services.

£20 Gift card with nothing on it

Will not use again! Got my son a Roblox card, a £20 card for him to redeem in game. Card said it had 0 Robux when we redeemed this, we tried to redeem again it said it already been used. We got 0 Robux for a £20 card!!! Contacted GAME customer service told us to contact the the manufacturer, when I asked who did I need to contact the chat was closed by the agent. Left a ticket with Roblox who never replied to me. Complete waste of £20 and GAME just proved once they get their money customer service stops there. It’s a faulty product that you should take responsibility for it ! Thank you very much for nothing!

Update: Roblox finally replied to me, and sorted it out. And gave my son $30 dollars of credit. Which makes a bit more than £20 . Still not happy about the lack of support I got from GAME . Since the gift card was bought from them. In fact on Roblox website it says to contact the retailer that sold the gift card first.

What a joke

What a joke! Parcel was meant to be here yesterday, end of the day received a message saying there was a delay and the parcel was going to be here today. Today I have been at home all day, parcel meant to arrive between 15.47 and 16.47. At 5 pm parcel was not here, clicked the tracking information saying the driver was late but would be with me soon. At receive a message 5.33 pm says driver missed me, no one at home .. what a joke, I go through do website and the proof that he driver missed me a black screen. And off course it is black screen, driver just decided to go home. I have food in that parcel which is going to go off, Christmas food from my home country. Now I seriously doubt I will receive this tomorrow. Customer services have not really guarantee me I will receive this tomorow... They could had easy just told the driver to go back and do his job!!!
I don't know what has been happening but we used to have a great dpd driver, and now is just shambles.

I adore Joe browns.

I adore Joe browns.

Several order and never had any issue.I rarely use returns but Return process for exchange is easy, simple and organised. Probably one of the most organised return system I have ever encountered. (mind you I don't shop for clothes elsewhere online though, just joe brows :) )

When I have to call customer services, they are polite and extremely professional.

5 Stars is not enough.

Thank you Joe Browns for brightening my day once again. Always looking forward for my parcel.

No monthly statements at all

Terrible...
Not happy at all. Not receiving statements since June, have no idea how my balance looks like really as all my payments go into the balance with no energy usage at all. Sent an email a couple months ago. Had no reply. Yesterday contacted the customer service to know what is happening, I was wanting for the operator to tell me what was happening all I got was this was going to take 5 minutes, well I was 50 minutes waiting in a chat where the agent just disappeared... I had to disconnect ... disgusting, and seriously thinking of changing supplier.

Your issue sounds like one that can be resolved quickly, and this has dragged on far too long.

We've had some large growth over the past few months and we fell behind. We've been hiring lots more staff and developing new methods to get back on track so this is never the case again. But this doesn't excuse the experience you've had.

Avoid... and save money

Being a seller, I really avoid using this company. Is the only delivery company I have problems with, had to use it twice this last two weeks. One parcel arrived damaged (metal....) it was not a fragile parcel. The other just stopped tracking on Wednesday, apparently is still with the courier. (also a no fragile parcel) I do not dare sending fragile parcels with Hermes... I use royal mail, DPD and Parcel force, never had any parcel missing or arriving damaged With them ever, and I send overseas. I just checked more or less in % of problems, and for me is around 10% of parcels getting lost or arriving damage. ParcelForce, DPD and Royal Mail is 0%. Do your self a favour. Pay a bit more and get the parcels delivered to your customers and also intact.

Happy ! Cause I haven’t been needing to contact customer service.

My problem with Hermes is when I have to get through the terrible customer service. As a seller I find their customer service appalling. But lately I’m extremely happy that everything has gone smoothly. All customers received their parcels... no delays during the Christmas period, even though I warned my customers about a possible delay. Everyone was happy and that reflected on my feedback ;) and for that I’ve decided to up my rating as I haven’t been needing to contact customer service. I’ve said before hermes needs to have customer service based in U.K. and not in India, their English is terrible and you can see it’s scripted... if you get out of their script they don’t know or close the chat on you.

Hermes customer service is a joke

Hermes customer service is a joke. They have no idea what's going on. Terrible English. They simply don't care and never reply directly to your answers. I'm a seller and everytime I have to get through customer service is a russian Rulette.... Reshma Jatala was the person i talked to... never replied to my ansewers and disconnect the chat on my face when I was asking him/her a question. Got two parcels apparently deemed as lost, and this person just didnt care and was really unproffesional disconnecting the chat and saying bye. And I keep getting messages to contact the seller to get refunded oh well if you read the tickets you would know I am the seller....
I worked in customer services, I would be in real problem if ever treated someone like some of the hermes customer service agent What are the odds of having two parcels deemed as lost in one week?
Want to improve hermes service, get better customer service and give a contract to the drivers...
