Tried 3 different chargers in…

Tried 3 different chargers in macdonalds and Carraway in Carmarthen today, not one would connect. Absolutely ridiculous and osprey helpline just rang.

Rubbish customer service

Poor made glasses with incorrect prescription so unwearable. My emails were initially answered but now ignored. Expensive lesson to learn- avoid! Far better company's online

No qualms- I will be using them again!

From ordering to receiving my glasses I cannot fault my experience.
I had a lengthy chat, numerous emails --which included Jonathan fetching my chosen glasses and putting different coloured tints with them and sending me the photos while also on the phone to me so I could decide on colours!!! Once decided it was just gone 5pm, they were literally made and shipped next morning and with the following day via dpd. Ordered Tues evening-wearing them thurs lunchtime !!

Sadly my order was incomplete.. but sorted in the end 😀

Sadly my order was incomplete... Fast response to messages and received some of my missing items but not all. Got an apology and promise to correct it but since then heard nothing! I am out of pocket and haven't got all my order!
Poor customer service , very disappointed

Update: I am thrilled to say that Gem and the team have been in touch , issued a refund for my missing item and I got to keep the incorrect item as an apology. I guess I caught them on a bad day in what is a very busy time before Xmas. I am so glad my issue was sorted quickly in the end as I would hate to not shop with them again.
