We’re pleased to hear you are happy with the quality of the product, but we regret that the delivery experience did not meet your expectations.

We strive to make it clear on our website that certain items, such as Corten Steel fire pits and water bowls, are available on backorder when out of stock. These products are custom-made for us in a variety of shapes and sizes, which often leads to extended lead times. While we do our best to communicate these timelines, delays in production or shipping are unfortunately out of our control.

We did inform you via email about the delay from our manufacturers and the additional shipping delay to us. In an effort to help, we offered an alternative product—a fire pit of the same size as your ordered water bowl, which could be adapted with bungs to serve the same purpose. Many customers chose this option while awaiting their backordered items. Additionally, your order could have been cancelled at any time should you have preferred not to wait.

We are sorry for any frustration caused and appreciate your patience. We hope you enjoy your water bowl for many years to come.
