Useless “Action Line “
Unable to get in touch despite numerous attempts to phone and talk to somebody. I have hung on numerous times for up to 20 minutes and got no answer just “ useful” advice about how to protect yourself against fraud . Both my Husband I are having our identities fraudulently used for credit card and loan applications. Trying to talk to anybody at any bank/ loan company / credit card company etc is virtually impossible . How do you protect yourself against such fraud ?
