i tried to order the calming tablets what i use to calm my dog when fireworks go off it said on my page out of stock my son tried on his laptop and could order them straight away not out of stock on his page

i had a query about my account and it was sorted with no trouble the advisor was very good and i did not have to wait in a queue very long to get an answer.

I only received half of my order with no explanation on why i had to keep sending emails in the end i got refunded of what was missing this company has gone really downhill since being taken over i will never order again from this company load of rubbish
the only problem is when you bring new items out and they are really nice you do not get anymore otherwise there are no problems all items are of really good quality and dave the salesman that comes to me every two weeks is very helpful and pleasant
i ordered 3 boxes of the mixed choc nuts as they are very nice i have a ringtons man who brings me great items every two weeks but was told there were no more boxes of nuts so i ordered them on line then the next day the ringtons man came with two boxes so i kept them as well he was good enough to put himself out for me the man Dave is very helpful i would recommend ringtons from the tea to the ground coffee and the biscuits are so lovely
