Gorgeous products, great easy website and delivery was swift. We bought 6 lights. Unfortunately one of the glass ones arrived in about 1000 pieces which was a shame but I made one call to customer services and there is a replacement on its way to me. It’s not easy delivering glass objects but I would normally give. Lower rating if something arrives broken.. however, the service was so brilliant I have no qualms about rating them 5 stars ⭐️

Review of Fantastic Services
The overall finish was quite good - not as good as other window cleaners I've used who climb ladders and get close up (they used a long hose to wash) but it was a good end result.
There was a lot of 'problem is' type friction at the beginning as the cleaner argued that the skylight wasn't a sky light and was a glass roof.
It is a skylight... and is actually really easy to clean as it's within a flat roof and easy to climb onto but we removed it from the quote as he tried to charge me another £25+ to include it. Would have been better for someone to have accurately quoted for the job - particularly as I spent so much time filling out the job form/request.
Price wise it was more than I usually pay.
