Timely, prompt, efficient delivery and in good condition. We are thrilled with our Paris Cast Iron Fireplace. Our only negative is the lack of installation information. It would have been helpful if some guidance was given on how to replace old fireplaces for new and specifically how to assemble the items in the delivered package.

I was sent a cheap replacement for what I had ordered with no notification that that was going to happen. Thankfully after I opened it and alerted Turner's Retreat they agreed to send the genuine article. A good outcome but a real pain.
