Once downloaded it was easy to use and easier than trying to get change for the meters - we used it for daily parking in Ortigia and on street meter in Noto . However I have struggled to remove my account now I no longer need it - it won’t let me delete for a number of excuses - and I can’t remove the payment card. And stupidly, I did not realise I needed to remove the rental car - so I left Sicily on 22 Sept and today 20 October, have been charged for a parking session somewhere in Italy -I did not activate the session and I did not activate the camera recognition on my app but despite that it seems a session has been triggered by a camera and my card has been charged. I think this is unfair but clearly I also messed up. BEWARE and if you use for a rental car remove the number from your app straight away!!

We've had a Bettersafe policy for a couple of years now. The latest was a worldwide policy. The annual policy is very reasonably priced and great value for money - the daily rate from car hire companies would have been very expensive on our most recent trip of 30 days! The communication is good and they responded quickly when I mistakenly purchased twice - cancelling the extra transaction. We communicated by email and once by phone and the staff were very helpful. We also had to claim for the first time ever on our most recent trip - the process was simple, online and they paid the full amount within 10 days. Would thoroughly recommend.

Ordered with interflora online for international delivery. Very quick and easy. Ordered early evening and the flowers were with family in Italy by 10am next day. Can't vouch for quality of flowers as I haven't seen them but the recipient was delighted!

Best price for my old car. Pleasure to deal with. Easy to arrange pick up. They arrived when they said they would and phoned when they were on the way. Money arrived in my account next working day. All the staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
