So glad I found this wonderful company

Received my order yesterday and it was well packed.
I tried one of the perfumed snapbars today, oh my, what a beautiful scent. Far superior to other well known brands. The perfume lasts and lasts, even though the melt warmer has now been switched off, but it is not overpowering
What lovely enticing scents coming from my Advent Calendar. But I am being good and not opening them until the appropriate time! Thank you for the treat enclosed with my order. I shall be ordering more.

Good software, but.......

Good software and fairly easy for a techno numpty like me to use. I have been using this since 2013.

However, I find online support to be very difficult to navigate and once when I used live online support, the adviser was quite terse and unfriendly, making me feel exceptionally stupid.

Great Delivery, poor products

Great Delivery service, however the products I bought were cheap and shoddy. I bought a squeaky plush toy for my dog. The seam split within 5 minutes of the dog just holding it in her mouth,
I also bought a birdtable. Oh dear, What a mistake. the wood split as I was screwing it together to assemble it. The actual feeding platform would not screw into the base properly and the whole thing looks a mess. I doubt if a sparrow could sit on it without the whole thing collapsing.
This is only the second time I have bought products from the Range and I will steer clear of the place in future.
The first time I bought something from there that too fell apart after a couple of days and I gave the company the benefit of the doubt. But not again. Save your money folks and shop elsewhere for a bargain. The Range is not the place for value for money.

Avoid them like the plague!

Abysmal Service

We have had a British Gas Home Care contract for years, but it seems that means nothing to British Gas, who only want your money but don't want to fulfil the promises seen on both their website and the adverts.

We had a problem with the boiler beginning of December. Trying to get an engineer was a nightmare, eventually the only way to get one was by raising a complaint. However, we now have a leak and the only available appointment was in 3 weeks time!! How does that work? Does this mean we will be swimming by the time an engineer comes?

In response to the complaint I raised, we had a response yesterday nearly 2 months after the complaint had been raised. Not very good customer care - which is part of their advertising campaign.

Advice to any customers out there. Don't bother to try and telephone for anything. You will grow weary of pressing buttons and trying to get through to someone who actually cares. I have a whole host of other complaints which I will not bore people with.

The upshot of all this is that I will be cancelling my Home Care contract once the leak and other matters are resolved. I shall take up an offer with a rival company which has great reviews.

British Gas you should be ashamed of yourselves you take money from customers yet offer nothing in return.

Great company

Great company, easy to deal with and very competent.
Materials and friendly workforce arrived on site when they said they would.
They went the extra mile dealing with any issues I may have had.
Good competitive price and a fabulous end result. I no longer have a "thing" tacked onto the side of the house which was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter.
I now have an extra comfy room.
I am very pleased.
