The customer service from Telecare 24 has been great so far- I had a couple of initial teething problems- VAT charged in error and couldn’t fill out the form online, but they were sorted out straight away. The team are friendly and helpful. My mother is really happy with the white pendant that she had chosen which gives her peace of mind wherever she is, should she fall (having had 2 recent falls). Some of the other pendants are black and really not very attractive looking for an elderly lady who takes pride in her appearance. The instructions are clear and it is easy to set up and use. Having thoroughly researched other companies and looked at Which magazine, I was very happy with our choice and also felt the pricing to be reasonable. Would recommend.

Our first experience was at Luton airport-early in the morning but the Jet2 staff were there to greet you with a smile on their faces and helping you with the self serve luggage machines. On the flight- so welcoming and smiling. The announcements were friendly and upbeat. The service was great. Loved this airline
The only thing was that the box with the mattress arrived very bashed about. The inside was fine but it didn’t really inspire confidence. They need to review their delivery company,

Every person we have dealt with at Zen has been polite and helpful. Unfortunately our installation date was due 02/08 in the morning and then was delayed to the afternoon. I was impressed to get immediate compensation for my next bill. However we had about a week of backwards and forwards engineer visits, calls and emails with the internet not working. The port of our phone number did not work- we were not receiving any incoming calls. This has been put through again & is supposed to be working by 22nd August so we’ll see. We had great hopes that this would be an improvement on Virgin. The customer service definitely is- just hoping we can get it all working!

So far I have bought 2 necklaces, a bracelet and a pair of earrings. The items are beautifully packaged and customer service is excellent. I wear the bracelet all the time & it still looks just as good as when I bought it a couple of months ago. The price point is just right- it’s not cheap but not ridiculous either. Great quality- I’ll be. Buying more!

Bought a Stilh scarifier & mini saw. Great price. Delivery wasn’t immediate but communication was good and reliable on delivery. After sales was fantastic when I had a query about the Stilh guarantee registration. Top marks 👍

I’d tried various different supplements as I did not want to go on HRT and had a degree of success but was regularly up at night 2 or 3 times with aching joints and/or just wide awake. I felt so lethargic and constantly exhausted. I’ve just finished my first month of Minerva Wellness- within a week I was back to my deep sleeps- just amazing. I feel so much better and it’s all in one supplement so I haven’t got to but several different ones. Would highly recommend- get your life back!

Have bought a few times from this company- bits and pieces of cosmetics and facial creams etc. Made the decision to stick with them & bought the postage option that gives me free postage for the year- really good value for money and I know I can always find the brands I’m looking for and get them delivered within a couple of days usually. Recommended

Ethical company with great advisers Rang to sort out new broadband package for my mum as Virgin was so expensive. Spoke to Matt who was brilliant. He clearly explained all the options to me and what would work out best for my mum, rather than just looking to make a quick sale regardless. Very impressed - no wonder Zen score so highly on Which customer reviews. With staff like that I’ll be looking to switch my own too 👍👍

Did an account switch to First Direct a few months ago, initially just for the cash back. Have to say though, it’s a great account. Love their app and the service. Have opened the credit card with them now too. Confirmed the positive vibe I get from this company when I received a new year email from CEO saying thank you for being a customer & outlining what they are doing to improve things for customers even more. Love it! Make the switch- you won’t regret it!
Good basic price with good range of additional options. No ridiculous compulsory excesses- normal amounts. Good range of voluntary excesses to chose from. Website works. Clear information
It was a good price for the 2 suitcases and both the delivery and returns process was very good. The people in customers services actually care and did a great job
It was a shame that after the fault on the wheels of one of the cases, the replacement wasn’t checked properly and was actually worse than the first case sent.
Of the 2 cases though, one was fine and was delivered on time and was a great price.
I would say give them a go. The products and prices are good and the staff are actually bothered, which makes a change these days!

Had to do a review as been doing pleased with these pans. They are so good. You don’t need any oil or fat to cook with them and they are completely non stick. Even when I’ve had food stick to the bottom because I’ve left it too long and it’s gone dry, the pan has just washed up brilliantly and looks like bore again. Initially bought a few pans but now have bought the frying pan, 2 large casserole pans and the saucepan set. Definitely the best pans I’ve ever bought
