Lovely helpful staff. Problematic instillation
Every person we have dealt with at Zen has been polite and helpful. Unfortunately our installation date was due 02/08 in the morning and then was delayed to the afternoon. I was impressed to get immediate compensation for my next bill. However we had about a week of backwards and forwards engineer visits, calls and emails with the internet not working. The port of our phone number did not work- we were not receiving any incoming calls. This has been put through again & is supposed to be working by 22nd August so we’ll see. We had great hopes that this would be an improvement on Virgin. The customer service definitely is- just hoping we can get it all working!
