Absolutely shocking. Electric hob broke after 2 months, melted underneath and 2 rings kept tripping the whole electrics in my house. Had an engineer come out 4 weeks ago and still no replacement. Continuously phoning customer service and the engineer company, shocking service from both. Clearly people are uncapable of doing their job. After 2 weeks phoned to ask about repair as no one had contacted me and the engineerr said someone will 100% contact me the same week. One occassion spoke to Mohammed told em to put him on hold and phone engineer company whilst he phoned head office, after speaking to engineer company they told me the part hadnt even been ordered, returned and Mohammed had miraculously hung up.. shock! Phoned again and spoke to a woman adviser who took my reference put me on hold and hung up. Been tolf several times someone will call me back, obviously no one did because who sticks to their word nowadays? So now 4 weeks without a hob baring in mind I have a family but the customer service seem to think its not their problem. Was then told i need to go to retailed myself and order the part. Absolutely disgusting service

Was a little apprehensive buying a sofa online without viewing it first but after reading the reviews we took the chance, and so glad we did! The sofa is sturdy and comfortable, seats aren't too soft which means they won't flatten quick. Customer service was great, replied to any messages and were prompt with sending out samples. Delivery guys were polite and on time. No complaints, will definitely recommend to others.

Good selection of flooring and underlay. I was unsure on what type of underlay to get, but after speaking to someone from customer service they advised me on the most suitable one to get for the flooring I chose. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the adviser but she was very helpful.

I went with tiled style laminate flooring and have had lots of compliments and told it looks like actual tiles.

I was a little hesitant at first but once I received the product was quite surprised about how good the quality was. It was a shame the top came as a cropped top, I thought It was a body suit. I will say the refund policy is a little strange but I was able to keep the outfit and have store credit so not too bad! Customer service was quick when responding.

Have bought 2 bikinis from here on separate occasions. Both bikinis arrived quickly and I received texts/emails about dispatch and delivery. Material is good, I got size medium and I'm 8/10 UK size, the bottoms fit quite low in the front but I think it is the style. I will be ordering again.

Have bought from snapfish several times, the quality is usually really good however some of photos from my last order were slightly blurred. This could be due to the sizing of the photo but other than that i would recommend.
