Quick and efficient service, however I was surprised that my premium had been increased even though I have had no claims. I have been driving for 47 years and never had a blame worthy accident. I was a bus driver for 36 years and never incurred any points on my licence, even though I was constantly driving in heavy traffic. I would have expected my insurance to reduce not go up.
