Review of The AA Breakdown Cover
Genuinely impressed by my rescue carried out by Mr Tom Matthews and Mr Callum Mcphearson. Both were excellent, knowledgeable individuals with good sense of humor. They were a credit to the AA and while some of my past experiences weren't so great, this one went off without a hitch. They made my breakdown less painful and were very helpful.

Responded to a 999 call for a resident of Blyton House who had fallen in the street.
Very impressed by the quality of care, carers, support staff and especially the care manager Triss Shrimpton, who went above and beyond to support us at this call.
One of the few supported living facilities I'd be happy to have my own family living at. A sincere thank you from myself and my crewmate.

I was helped by Mr Ryan Thompson, a second-line covid administrator. Ryan helped me to find a covid test drop off point in the pitch black and was generally excellent help. He also helped to calculate lead times and ETA's. Thanks Ryan!
