Order Not Arrived

Order Not Arrived

Ordered 3 December. After ordering I received an email stating the items would be delivered by 23 December. It’s now 29 December and order status still showing “on the road”. Emailed Customer Services, apparently they will respond within 12 working days. Ridiculous as this was a Christmas gift.
I won’t shop with Prinerval again and do not recommend them. They were cheap and I guess you get what you pay for.

It's a scam! Don't use.

Like so many other people who have written reviews, I thought I was paying £1.00 for one photo enhancement. Was shocked to see they then took £26.00 from my account.
I emailed them to complain, twice. They replied each time telling me I'd agreed to the subscription. I persisted and emailed them a third time and attached a selection of poor reviews from Trustpilot highlighting I was not alone in being dissatisfied. Good news, they refunded me £26.00!
I advise you not to use them but if you have and they took £26.00 from your account unexpectedly then be persistent and hopefully you too will get a refund.

Shocking service all round

Shocking service. Ordered 2 x 24 Guinness surger cans. Received 24 only and 24 Magners! Refused to send rest of Guinness until collected Magners. Collection delayed meaning I had to stay in twice due to their error. Still waiting 5 days later for Guinness with no indication when to be sent. Really poor customer service. Will not use again.

Returning Goods / Poor Service

Booked for 4 parcels to be collected on Tuesday 31 August (2 going back to Next 2 to Marks& Spencer). Courier arrived but only to deliver, said returns were not in the system due to Bank Holiday and not worry he’d be back the next day. He did not arrive Wednesday so late that day I spoke with Next who re-booked for 2 parcels to be collected the following day. When he arrived Thursday he said the system had only logged for him to collect one parcel despite Next assuring me they’d booked for 2 to be collected. I then had to book a further collection for Friday. When I spoke to M&S about the poor service from Hermes they simply booked for their parcels to be collected by Parcel Force who came as arranged with no problems. I did try to speak to someone at Hermes but it’s all automated which is frustrating. I would stress the poor service I’ve received is not down to my courier but is totally the fault of Hermes and the way they organise things. My courier however does appear to be extremely busy and delivery time by slots for my parcels regularly get changed on the day, again frustrating. If I had a choice I’d use a different company as I’m dissatisfied and frustrated by Hermes poor customer service. Another delivery issue was when the courier changed the delivery time, then arrived earlier (I.e. when he should have originally arrived) unloaded 4 bulky parcels but had to take them back as the scanning device would not allow him to leave them with me as he was now early. What a waste of time as he had to return 40 minutes later. The system is flawed and as such service provided is poor.

Very Professional

Purchased a Roman blind for a bedroom window and curtains and pole for bi-fold doors. Have used Gordon from Hillary’s many times over the last 20 plus years. Have always found him to be reliable, professional and helpful with ideas and suggestions. He takes great pride in his work and is extremely thorough. A pleasant man to deal with and would not hesitate to recommend Gordon.

Online Order - poor service

Ordered two saucepans. One has been delivered. It is unclear if the second saucepan is out of stock or unavailable. No communication or notification. Poor customer service and I'm left not knowing what's happening.
