Aksha is a fantastic tutor, great personality, good qualifications and patient. Lessons are well structured, always get reports on how it’s gone and my lad is focused. Well worth the fee. Almost got ripped off by another tutor site that charged you a monthly fee just to contact tutors. MyTutor have been great, found me the best match for my son, no thinly disguised or misleading charges… fantastic.
Excellent used guitar, exactly as described with pleasing extras (had been rewired 50s style with CTS pots, saving me a job!). Safely packaged and posted swiftly.
I have ordered stuff from cashConverters in the past and had an OK experience. Then I ordered from Barking Longbridge Order: PO8209658409. The item (a guitar) was purchased with 48hour delivery. It was marked dispatched and tracking number provided on 01/10. By today (6/10) the item has not even been sent to Royal Mail - tracking still showing "item being sent by seller". I messaged them through the contact on the site and recieved no reply. I then messaged again using the chatbox next to the item itself pointing out that they had failed to send it, I had paid for 48hr delivery and it should have arrived two days ago therefore I want to cancel the order (which they had still not dispatched. No Reply. So I am now going through PayPal. P*** poor tbf **EDIT** In reference to the reply below from CashConverters.. the Postal strike was MONDAY, the item was collected by Royal Mail TODAY (Thursday). Oddly enough a couple of hours after I opened up a paypal case.

Driver attempted to deliver. Must be wearing a cloak of invisibility as I was in a room with a clear view of the front door. MUPPET. I dread life the second I see something is being "delivered" by DPD... their drivers are terrible drivers on the roads and they rarely deliver. How do these absolute jokers stay in business??
Poor packaging for a set neck guitar - rattling loose in box (sent using the larger outer box, missing the inner smaller box) with no padding to protect it. Luckily didnt break.
Not collected. Waited four days then had to fight to get a refund and go through another courier delaying the delivery. Impossible to speak to a human being via the website. Happy to take your money but do not deliver. Would trust a thief to deliver a parcel for me before I send via Hermes again. How the hell do you manage to stay in Business??
I have ordered quite a bit from Andertons, and in the past had great customer service (But this was before their YouTube channel took off). Ordered an item that was available to order from their suppliers, checked with Andertons firstly and they assured me they could get the item. Told a delivery date to their warehouse. On the evening of that day recieved a semi automated email that they had chased the supplier and expected date was 2 further weeks. The same happened again. And again. After firing off an email got to call from an employee who came across very arrogant and dismissive and was unable to guarantee the item would be recieved from their supplier. Despite a fair bit of waffle about supply and demand was unable to give me a straight answer why they supplier could not give a straight answer as to how long it would take, or even if they were actually able to obtain the item. Asked for a refund. Spoke to a friend I hadn't seen in a while and found he has had comparibly poor experiences ordering from Andertons in the past year or so. It seems to me that as they are now "YouTube Famous" they have let the customer service they were so famous for a few years back slip out the door. Highly dissapointed - I have had great service from andertons in the past. But recently have had better service from Thomann (and often cheaper prices) despite them being on another continent and their native language being German.
Ordered an AMD FX 8350 CPU. Arrived poorly packaged (wrapped in bubble wrap, but it is usual to provide protection for the pins such S a foam base or plastic die and box). Several (6 to be precise) pins were bent out of position. Managed to straighten them with care and CPU now works but this is NOT something I would reccomend the uninitiated attempting. FORTUNATELY none of the pins were broken. Come on CEX you are better than this - even chinese parts sellers on ebay package items correctly.

Hi Charlotte,
Thank you for your review.
I am sorry to know if the item wasn't packed properly and if the pins arrived bent. I can understand your disappointment due to this and please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this might have caused.
We use bubble wrap and black plastic as the standard packaging material. We may also use cardboard boxes, tamper-proof and padded envelopes depending on the type of the product.
I am sorry if the store did not package the item well and hence, I have forwarded this feedback to the store management team so that such instances can be avoided in the future.
I understand that you managed to straighten them and the processor is working fine. In case of any issues, please get back to me on support page here https://bit.ly/2GzLD3O mentioning "FAO Amarpreet" and I will be glad to assist you further.
Brilliant. Calm professional dentists, gentle and great with nervous patients,
