Katie, and at a later stage Margherita, were exactly who we needed to assist and advise us on the sale of our house.
They were always available when we needed them, were quick to answer questions from my brother and I, dealt professionally and promptly with the buyer’s solicitor’s questions, and generally smoothed over the bumps in what had become a stressful transaction.
We highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Overall a great experience. We were spoilt for choice choosing a settee, salesman was really helpful.
The delivery was delayed by a couple of weeks but being able to track the delay on the website was useful.
Delivery by Richard and Mark was excellent. They knew what they were doing and were efficient in setting it up and connecting electrics etc.
Would definitely buy from Furniture Village again.

We found Wayfair really easy to deal with, reasonably efficient at communication (We were supposed to be given a time slot in the morning of delivery but they just turned up unannounced but were super efficient at picking it back up).
Our only gripe is that buying something unseen means it is a bit of a gamble. The item arrived with a small amount of damage on it and the workmanship was below what we expected for the price so we needed to return it. Paying £50 to return it means we won't buy a large item from them again. We have now ordered from a company who offer a free return service. If it was just a change of heart we are happy to pay returns but not when it is due to something beyond our control.
I have since bought mats from them and they were perfect.
Overall a great company to deal with but being £50 out of pocket with nothing to show for it means the risk is too high. If the item had been as expected we would be highly recommending them.
